The Oak Street Hotel & Vacation Homes welcome your arrival between 3–6 p.m.
If you need to arrive later than 6 p.m. please call to make special arrangements. Lockboxes are located on the west side of the building by the stairs.

Check-out time is 11am.
Late departure will result in an additional daily room charge. No refunds are given for delayed arrival or early departure.
Different arrangements may be possible. Please check with the Reservations Staff.
Room rates are for single occupancy, and exclude taxes. At the time of the reservation, a total of one night’s stay plus tax will be charged to your credit card. The full balance of your reservation is due upon check-in.
No cash or personal checks are accepted.
Most rooms on weekends are a two night minimum stay, June – October. A two night minimum stay may be required for special events and holiday weekends.
Rates are subject to change. Prices may vary depending on length of stay, local events and holidays. All rates are subject to 9.8% Lodging Tax.
We reserve the right to change room arrangements and amenities.
Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however, as a boutique hotel our guests often make reservations far in advance to ensure they have a room making it difficult to re-book a room with short notice. Therefore, if your plans change and you are able to let us know 15 days or more in advance, we will refund your deposit less a 10% cancellation fee per room.
If a cancellation is made less than 14 days from your expected arrival, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation; however we will hold your deposit as a credit for one full year from the date of cancellation.
Making your stay shorter is also considered a cancellation for affected nights, and is subject to the same 14 day cancellation policy.
Cancellations When Reserving the Entire Hotel
Wedding parties and groups who have reserved the entire hotel require a 60 day cancellation. If your plans change and you are able to let us know 61 days or more in advance, we will refund your deposit less a 10% cancellation fee per room as well as the non-refundable site fee.
If a cancellation is made less than 60 days from your expected arrival, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation; however we will hold your deposit as a credit for one full year from the date of cancellation less the $150 site fee.
Rooms have a maximum occupancy of two guests with the exception of four guests in Room One, the suite.
Some rooms can accommodate a sleeping pad for a maximum of three guests for an additional charge of $10. For more information ask Reservations Staff.
Disregard of this policy will result in additional charges to be determined by management.
Breakfast is served at 7:30, 8:30 or 9:30 a.m. Tea service is available all hours in the living room.
Please tell the Reservations Staff of any dietary restrictions when making your reservation.
Bottled water is provided in room for purchase. You will be charged upon check-out.
In room beverage and snack service is provided. Any choices made during your stay will be charged to your card on file after check out.
If there is an emergency in the hotel dial 9 for an outside line and call 911. A phone is located at the front desk of the lobby.
If you need after hours assistance that can not wait until Reservations Staff arrive then first call 541-490-0023 and if there is no answer in 5 minutes call 541 490-0079.
Bikes & Skis & Sports Paraphernalia
Bikes, skis and such are not allowed in the room. There is locked storage available. If you choose to leave items in your car it is at your own risk.
If mud, grease or damage is found in the room due to sports equipment additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
Bike and ski storage is $5 per lockable unit.
The interior and grounds are all smoke free, including vaping and the use of marijuana. Disregard of this policy will result in extra charges of a minimum of $200.
Pets are allowed in designated rooms only for a nominal fee. Disregard of this policy will result in additional charges.

Last Few Details
You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room.
Lost keys have a $25 charge for replacement.
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone.

We want you to have fun and enjoy the Gorge. Our policies are in place for the safety of our guests and out of respect for our surroundings. Violation of federal, state, county or city laws and company policies and house rules will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
