Tour de Hood
June 22 & 23, 2013
Ride one of Oregon's most beautiful and challenging recreational rides! Experience the same course that challenge racers in the popular Mt Hood Cycling Classic stage race, while benefiting local youth programs and the Mt Hood Cycling Classic race organization. This is a one-of-a-kind Oregon recreational riding experience akin to touring around the Tour de France, where all kinds of riders ride ahead of the race and either ride to the finish or wait along the road sides for the racing caravan to parade by.
March 1 - July 31, 2013
Our 2013 Flower Frenzy challenge deepens your connection to the Gorge as you learn to identify many of the more than 800 wildflowers that bloom in the region, including 15 species found nowhere else in the world!
Between March 1 and July 31, earn points by finding wildflowers from a list of 25. Members will receive prizes upon completing the challenge. Become a member today and we'll throw in a free Wildflowers of the Columbia Gorge book.
